We offer return or replacement only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

To process any such claim, the customer must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of receiving the package.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory to verify and process these claims. Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once the claim and supporting proof are received, our team will review the case within 3-4 working days. After verification, we will respond with the appropriate resolution, which may include a return, replacement, or other suitable action.
