To process any such claim, the customer must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of receiving the package.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory to verify and process these claims. Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once the claim and supporting proof are received, our team will review the case within 3-4 working days. After verification, we will respond with the appropriate resolution, which may include a return, replacement, or other suitable action.
